Total transcriptome analysis with whole RNA sequencing identifies coding and other forms of noncoding RNA. Total RNA sequencing uses RNA-seq and random hexamers priming, not poly(dT) priming, for transcriptomic data to identify both non-coding and coding RNAs in their samples. The input ranges can be from 250 –10 ng of total mammalian RNA Sequencing libraries generated within 5 hours and compatible with Template-switching oligonucleotide with locked nucleic acid (LNA) technology for sensitivity and reproducibility. Total RNA-Sequencing with optimal coverage even in normal or low-quality samples with transcript abundance. Species-specific ribosomal RNA probes can removes abundant RNA species leaving fragmented as well as intact transcripts for library captures for novel applications. Applications of total RNA sequencing results in novel and known features to find biomarkers in the broader transcripts. These Implements give more comprehensive understanding of phenotypes of interest and profiling total transcriptomes with a wider dynamic range.
